Find your item
Enter a search word or item ID (for Mercari or Yahoo Auction)
  • Searching on the main page will provide results from all market places provided on our site.
  • Searching from within a store page will show results from the chosen shop only.
Before searching using keywords, make sure to click the translate button. There may be cases where you wish for your search terms to remain in English, such as brand names or model numbers.

Bid
Buy it Now

Bids are held for each item and the item auctioned goes to the highest bidder.

(Some items have a "Buy it Now" button. You can choose this option if you rather not enter a bidding war and want to buy it at the listed price. You can find more information in "Buy it Now")

If you have enough funds to bid, the button "Bid" is available during the auction.

After clicking on the button, you will get taken to the confirmation window.

Current price - price on the current auction.

Your bid - The amount you want to bid. Your bid needs to be higher than the auction start price and the minimum bid increase. Bidding does not guarantee that you win your item. If other buyers choose to bid against your offer, the price of item will rise and the highest bidder will win the item.

Qty - quantity of the item you want.

Commission - Sendico's commission (always 500 yen)

Tax - Some sellers also charge TAX(10%).

Total - Total cost of the item. If you lose the auction, all amounts will be returned to your wallet.

Add comment - For certain items with many optional parameters, it may be necessary to specify details of the item you wish to purchase such as the color, size, add-ons, or any other details. Please leave your requests in the comment section for us to follow.

Important : Once you've placed a bid, it cannot be canceled.
You now have the option to make a “Sniper Bid”, increasing your chances of winning and decreasing the overall cost!
Congratulations! You won the auction
If your bid is the highest when the auction ends, you will win the item you bid on. All details regarding your order will be found on the order page on your profile. Payment will be taken once the item arrives at our warehouse
You were outbid
you were outbid. Our system will automatically return your pending funds to your wallet. You can re-bid at a higher price, or accept defeat and find another item.

Your Order Has Arrived at Our Warehouse!

We will send you a notification regarding the arrival of your order via email.

When your order arrives at our warehouse, you will be able to create a parcel.

Open your orders, select which items you would like to compile into one parcel, and select "create parcel".

Choose a Shipping Method
Next, you will need to choose a shipping method.
Important : Shipping fees shown are purely an example/minimum price. They will change once we know the real weight and dimensions of your parcel.

Creating an Invoice
For next step, you will be able to create a shipping invoice. This information will be sent to customs during the shipping process.
Important : All item descriptions can be ammended and can effect customs and taxes incurred by your shipment.

Confirm Provided Information
You will then need to confirm all information regarding your parcel and select any optional services you desire.
Important : In some cases, our warehouse workers will acknowledge a need for protective packaging and charge for protective packaging if they think the item requires it for your item to be delivered safely (e.g. glass vases, expensive games consoles, etc.).

Auto-shipping - Your parcel will be shipped automatically as soon as it has been packed. (only if there is enough funds available in your wallet).

Package Consolidation - Consolidating multiple items into one parcel will usually reduce your shipping expenses. We will remove all unnecessary newspaper, wrapping, and bulky packing materials which the original sellers used to pack your items. Our packaging team will then expertly repackage your items to ensure maximum safety.

Protective Packaging - We suggest protective packing if you aren't sure that your local delivery service will treat your package with due care. If this option is selected we will ensure that your item arrives exactly the way it arrived in our warehouse, no matter what it goes through in transit.

Stretch Film Wrapping - Your parcel will be covered in stretch film to ensure that its contents do not more around during transit.

Comment - You can leave any requests you may have for our packaging team.

Payment for Parcel
When your package is ready, its status will change to "Awaiting Payment".

You can then select "Auto-ship":

Your parcel will ship automatically if you have enough money in your account to pay for international shipping.

If the balance in your account is negative, you will need to make a deposit first.

If you didn't choose "Auto-shipping", we will pack your parcel and wait until you have manually paid for it to ship.

In this event, you will need to click "pay" on your parcels page.

Parcel Dispatch
After the status of your parcel changes to "Awaiting Dispatch", you no longer need to take any action.
Order Status:
Payment Pending - We have received an order from you and are currently creating an estimation for you.
Awaiting Payment - We have provided an estimation and are waiting for your agreemnt and payment.
Seller Negotiation in Progress - We are negotiating with the seller regarding shipping, such as address, etc. You do not need to take any action.
Awaiting Purchase - We have received payment for your order and are attempting to purchase your item.
Seller Paid - Paid
In Warehouse - Your order has arrived. You can now create a parcel.
Dispatched - Your order was shipped to you.
Received - We have been notified that you have received your order, please consider leaving feedback about our service. We appreciate your comments.
Canceled - Your order was canceled and the purchase amount was returned to your wallet.
Disposed of - We have utilized your order (only after agreement from the user).
Parcel:
Awaiting Packaging - We have received your parcel request and we will pack it soon.
Awaiting Payment - Your parcel has been packed and we are awaiting your payment.
Awaiting Dispatch - We received payment for your parcel, it will be shipped soon.
Dispatched - Your parcel was dispatched
Received - Your parcel has been delivered
